This group workout regimen is a good start for beginners and those ready to take their workout routines to the next level. We provide a great safe environment where we support each other and have formed a sisterhood in health and fitness. Our TotalBody Burn Class incorporates H.I.I.T., strength training, glutes, abs, and other fun workouts each time!
